低埇村隶属广东省茂名市化州市杨梅镇，地处杨梅镇区西面，邻坡咀村和良光镇。据博雅地名网的村情介绍，全村在册1033户、5027人（该页未注明年份），总面积4.1平方千米，耕地约3200亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年前后为低埇乡，土改时期办起农业合作社；1958年公社化时划归杨梅公社，叫低埇大队；1983年称低埇乡；1987年建立村民委员会，1989年改称管理区办事处。[1]
经济[edit]
主要经济作物是花生和荔枝，荔枝为村里的特色产业：疏残林被改种荔枝，并引进了优质品种。村情页给出的上一年农村经济总收入是2038万元。[1]
2021年9月，广东省农业农村厅公布「第二批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单，低埇村以红薯上榜；2019年10月，低埇村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
