上彭村是德庆县马圩镇的行政村，是镇里偏远的山区村，距圩镇7公里，已通往县城的公交车；1998年由县政府批准设立。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
上彭在1958年称大队；1983年立乡；1986年称管理区；到了1998年，设村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
村有山林山场2万多亩、水田1600亩、旱地800亩，约1700人，分13个村民小组，柑桔种植1900多亩。村集体年总收入约1.5万元，村委会负债46598元。[1]
2011年12月，上彭村上榜「第三届全国文明村镇」；2022年8月被确定为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
