旧325国道和梅兰公路在村境内纵横交错，出行方便。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，全村有798户、5231人，属革命老区村。[1]种植以水稻、花生、红薯为主，经济作物中甜粟、辣椒、香椒、龙眼较有名；林地5000多亩，山赖林场是国营的，种速生经济林，林业为村民带来可观收入。[1]村内设有农贸集市、油榨、卫生站和肥料门市部，有2所小学和1所初级中学。[1]
