新安街道是广东省深圳市宝安区下辖的街道，位于区的东南部、珠江口东岸，隔海与蛇口半岛相望；东与南山区西丽街道相接，南邻南山区南头街道，北以新安路为界与西乡街道毗邻。[1][3]

它是宝安区委、区政府的驻地，也是宝安的政治、经济与文化中心。街道下辖22个社区，2020年第七次人口普查时常住人口585317人。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

街道得名于明代的新安县：万历元年（1573年）自东莞县析出设县，取「革故鼎新，去危为安」之义。1914年因与河南省新安县重名，复称宝安县。[4][5] 1979年3月宝安县改设深圳市，1981年10月恢复宝安县建制，以新安镇为县城。[4] 深圳市的地名保护名录则记，新安镇设于1985年，辖今新安街道和西乡街道的一部分，1993年12月撤销后分设新安街道和西乡镇。[5] 1992年12月宝安撤县设区；博雅地名网记，1994年1月15日新安镇被撤销，改设新安街道办事处。[4]

宝安县政府旧址在龙井社区，主体县政府大楼1983年7月竣工，1987年至1992年为县委机关办公处，1993年1月至2006年6月是宝安区委、区政府驻地；2010年9月被宝安区政府公布为区级文物保护单位。[6]

地理环境[edit]

街道西临珠江口，广深高速、沿江高速、107国道和宝安大道经过境内。[1] 面积有两种说法：宝安区政府网站与百度百科均记30.9平方千米，博雅地名网记约27.75平方千米。[1][3][2] 宝安中心区的大部分位于街道西南的填海地带，规划总面积23平方千米，以新安六路分为南部的滨海片区与北部的碧海片区。[7]

人口民族[edit]

博雅地名网的概况页称街道有户籍人口13.15万、总人口57.51万；宝安区政府网站近期的介绍则称实有人口72.65万，其中户籍30.99万、非户籍41.66万，两者年份与统计口径不同。[4][3]

经济[edit]

2007年街道实现地区生产总值221.13亿元，规模以上工业总产值296.83亿元；当时辖区有规模以上工商企业212家。[4] 百度百科记2019年地区生产总值707亿元，增速7.8%。[1]

文化[edit]

上合社区的「上川黄连胜醒狮舞」于2021年列入国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录，是新安街道首个国家级非遗项目；创始人黄连胜1906年生于上合村，1973年成立醒狮团。[8]

宝安区图书馆始建于1983年，新馆2013年底在宝安中心区开放，馆址宝兴路1号；宝安体育馆2002年6月建成，设8188个座位，2011年深圳大运会的竞技体操比赛在此举行。[9][10]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄氏宗祠古建群在上合社区，清代古建筑，列为深圳市级文物保护单位，1998年7月公布，市文化部门的名录将它列入第四批。[11][12] 同在上合社区的黄氏古墓群为文物点，有明清墓葬24座。[11]

街道内的公园中，灵芝公园1991年冬建成，占地约12.6万平方米，园名由陈残云题写；[13] 新安公园占地约7.7万平方米，2024年2月提升改造后重新开放，保留莲花亭；[14] 宝安公园2005年1月建成，占地72公顷，山体约占九成，最高处海拔125米。[15]

荣誉[edit]

据博雅地名网，新安街道1998年6月被评为全国首批国家卫生镇，2002年7月成为广东省首个教育强街道，2005年11月入选全国首批和谐社区建设示范街道。[4] 2024年4月，新安街道入选深圳市第一批地名保护名录。[2]
