历史沿革[edit]
下黎1949年设乡，1966年改称革命委员会，1977年为大队，1983年称人民政府，1989年为管理区，1999年撤区设村民委员会[1]。
文化[edit]
据对北坡一带村落的整理，下黎村存有叶兴仁2012年纂修的《佛山叶氏云山公之系统源流房谱》，1951年订的《联合谱条例》即出自这部房谱[2]。村里传统民居为雷州民居，约50座尚存，多是1969年所建；白马庙始建于清代，2014年重建，另有土地庙[2]。村里的祭祀称“做六社”，即春头社、夏社、秋社、冬社、中社和年晚福社；习俗另有点灯、闹元宵和中秋演木偶戏[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，下黎村列入2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位[1]。
