岩旺村是桥头镇的行政村之一，位于肇庆市怀集县，在桥头镇西北边，距圩镇3公里，面积17平方千米，下有12个村小组，居民4300人（该页未注明年份），燕岩景区在村内。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取岩口村的“岩”字和旺巷村的“旺”字合成。[1]
1971年起称岩旺乡；1987年起称岩旺管理区；1998年改为岩旺村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
村里近年引进外资开发燕岩景区，推介雪风洞景点，并举办过攀岩赛事。燕岩在2006年获得“广东省最美的地方”“中国最佳溶洞奇观”两项称号。2020年8月，石山羊使岩旺村进入首批省级“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村名单。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，列入省民主法治示范村（社区）2018年度创建单位。[1]
