地理与设施[edit]
社区东面在松园与新兴社区相连，西南临潭江，北接东河社区。主要街道有新安路、新昌路、康乐街、新华路、潭江东路等，辖区分居民住宅区和商业贸易区。新昌市场设在区内，是三埠一带农副产品的集散地；新华路原是新昌的商业中心，后改建为步行街。区内有新安小学、新昌幼儿园等。[1]
历史沿革与荣誉[edit]
1987年称新安管理区，属开平县三埠镇；1999年改称新安居委会。2002年新华居委会并入。2022年1月，社区被江门市住房和城乡建设局确定为2021年江门市绿色社区。[1][2]
