石潭村是广东省恩平市君堂镇东南边的行政村，南与开平市蚬岗镇相邻，恩君公路穿过辖区，是侨乡，旅居海外的乡亲约3500人。^[1]

概况[edit]

辖区面积9.16平方公里，27个村民小组，676户、2380人，耕地三千多亩，灌溉水源有大坑水库和狗比水库。村里现存碉楼（旧楼）十三座。^[1]

村集体收入来自山地和商铺出租、鱼塘承包及管理费，当时每年约7.5万元。村民以种水稻为主，也有养鱼、养鸡鸭鹅的专业户；近年有企业在村里种植桉树3000多亩，也有花农引种发财树和霸王花。^[1]

1952年时叫石潭乡；1958年成为生产大队；1986年设村民委员会；1989年又作管理区；1998年10月9日，恩平市人民政府批准正式定名为石潭村民委员会，沿用至今。^[1]

2019年9月，列入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单；2024年3月被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。^[1]
