民乐村是广州市从化区鳌头镇下辖的行政村，村委会设在镇域东北部。[1] 全村面积约20平方公里，村民小组共21个，村委会介绍的总人口为3194人（该介绍未注明年份）。村距从化城区约18公里，距鳌头镇中心镇区约13公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，民乐大队设于1958年；1983年12月与民联、民政两地合并，称民乐乡，1987年1月起称民乐村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉与名单

  • 2019年10月，民乐村入选「2019年广东省卫生村」名录。[1]
  • 2024年11月，民乐村被认定为「2024年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]

村里的农业格局为：水田种水稻、花生，鱼塘里养四大家鱼、塘基上养瘦肉型猪。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

从化区人民政府于2015年发布的文化遗产普查推荐名单（历史建筑与传统风貌建筑线索）中，列有本村的政坑炮楼，共1处。名单所列只是普查线索，不等于已定级的文物。[2]
