罗仁村在县道河台至武垄线旁，离河台圩镇13公里，面积约10平方公里。[1]

据博雅地名网，村辖9个村民小组，人口合计1850多人，没有集体经济收入，正计划在山上种30亩巴戟。2019年9月，罗仁村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前隶高要一区；1952年更名称罗仁乡，1958年划归乐城公社，名为罗仁大队，1959年划归河台公社，1983年废大队设罗仁乡，1987年更名称罗仁村委会，1989年更名称罗仁管理区，1998年更名为罗仁村民委员会。[2]
