罗闪村在河台镇宝德线路边，离河台集镇5公里，面积约3000亩。[1]

据博雅地名网，村辖8个村民小组，人口合计1480人，山上种肉桂、巴戟，水田种水稻和沙糖桔。2019年9月，罗闪村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前隶高要一区；1952年划归罗西乡，1958年划归乐城公社，名为罗西大队，1959年划归河台公社，名为罗闪大队，1983年更名称罗闪乡，1987年更名称罗闪村委会，1989年更名称罗闪管理区，1998年更名称罗闪村委会。[2]
