河海村在禄河线（X321）沿线，被博雅地名网称作河台镇的「前大门」，距河台集贸市场4公里。[1]
概况[edit]
据博雅地名网，村辖8个村民小组，人口合计1700多人，水田584亩，山地4560亩，距市区60多公里；集体收入来自山上种植的速生桉90亩，村民逐步增种沙糖桔，水田种水稻。2026年1月，河海村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前隶高要一区；1952年划归罗建乡，1958年划归乐城公社，名为河源大队，1959年划归河台公社并改称河海大队；1983年建河海乡，1987年废乡设村委，1989年建河海管理区，1998年更名为河海村民委员会。[2]
