大崀村在高要区北部山区，距河台镇8公里，面积约18560亩。[1]
概况[edit]
据博雅地名网，村辖11个村民小组，人口合计1613人，耕地560亩，集体经济薄弱。村里于2008年建成省级卫生村，2009年新建180平方米的村委会办公楼，投资23万元。2019年9月，大崀村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前隶高要一区；1952年建大崀乡，1957年划归廊源乡，1958年划归乐城公社，名为大崀大队，1959年划归河台公社，1983年建大崀乡，1987年更名称大崀村委会，1989年更名称大崀管理区，1998年更名为村民委员会。[2]
