河边崀村在高要区西北部，距河台镇约4.5公里，面积约20平方公里。[1]

据博雅地名网，村辖12个村民小组，人口合计2337人，山多田少，村民种肉桂和巴戟，兼种部分沙糖桔，青壮年多外出务工。2021年9月，河边崀村列入第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，品种为百部。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前隶高要一区；1952年组建河边崀乡人民政府，1958年划归乐城公社，名为河边崀大队，1959年划归河台公社，1983年建河边崀乡，1987年更名称河边崀管理区，1998年更名称河边崀村委会。[2]
