历史与现状[edit]
村创于明崇祯年间（1628—1644年），先祖是九牧公的后人，由福建迁到惠来狮石，后又分居此地。[2]
全村603户、3209人，分四个片区，占地728亩，耕地312亩。2009年工农业产值1663.9万元；三十多家企业做针织、织带和绣花。村中房屋五百多座，传统四点金、下山虎并存。[2]
