历史与现状[edit]
改革开放前，上家曾与大宅、李围合为大宅大队，1988年后拆为上家村。[2]
全村550户、3725人，土地720亩，耕地260亩。2009年工农业总产值3600万元，人均年收入1495元；十家企业做针织、制衣，农业以水稻、番薯、蔬菜为主。[2]
村内寨中心保存着清代建筑群，占地26亩，大小房屋40座共160间，属潮汕传统的四点金、下山虎。2019年9月，上家村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[2][1]
