拱桥村在汕头市潮南区峡山街道西部，广祥路贯穿村境，村里颜姓居多，另有许、王姓。村前十八湾溪水环绕，古时建有石拱桥，故名拱桥。2019年9月，拱桥村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1][2]
历史与现状[edit]
明洪武年间（1368—1398年），颜顺平自南田乡迁来，是颜氏祖先。[2]
全村453户、2665人，辖区860亩，耕地190多亩。2009年工农业产值为70951万元，农业仅占107万元；工商各税合计1340.777万元。村里有二十多家企业，含一家涉外四星级酒店，做服装针织、内衣、电脑刺绣、文具、家电和化妆品。[2]
