龙古村是广州市南沙区大岗镇的行政村。村庄最初是一条形似龙骨的沙石基，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
龙古清代建村，起初叫龙骨沙或龙古坊，县志里乾隆十一年（1746年）已见龙骨沙。1953年并入合利乡（同乡的还有马前、鸭利、维新、毓桂），后来历称合利大队、红旗大队；1961年首次分出为龙古大队，1965年复并，1982年再分出。1984年改乡，1987年设村民委员会。[1]
经济与荣誉[edit]
据村情介绍（年份未注明），全村1986人，土地1407亩，以各色甘蔗为主要作物，兼营鱼塘和香蕉。2019年9月，村进入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单；2024年被认定为广州市充分就业村。[1]
