历史沿革[edit]
清道光元年（1821年）前后，海滩围垦成耕地，聚居成村。村里先在1960年设中埠大队，1984年称乡，1987年起为中埠村并设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
据村情介绍（年份未注明），村有常住人口1005人，耕地1504亩，含约300亩鱼塘，以蔬菜、水稻、香蕉和水产养殖为主。2024年，村被认定为广州市充分就业村。[1]
