永安村是簕竹镇的行政村，村名寓意「永泰民安」。解放前，这里称德霞堡，辖有多个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年后，这里先是第一区的簕竹乡，1955年改由南平区管辖。1958年至1963年间，本村是簕竹公社下的永安大队。[1][2]

1963年至1980年间，永安并入簕竹公社的另一个大队；1980年至1983年间，它又回到公社下独立设置的建制。1983年11月至1989年6月，这里是簕竹区的永安乡；1989年7月起设簕竹镇永安管理区；1999年起称永安村民委员会。[1][2]

1980年，本村租用张珠大屋作大队办公处；1986年在张珠纪念小学南侧建起一座简易办公楼。[2]
