永安村是广东省揭阳市惠来县溪西镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区西南部，距镇区约2.2千米。村名取「长住久安」之意，始于明代郑氏定居。[1][2]

全村人口2159人（未注年份），土地1.4平方千米；水田305亩与旱园734亩合计耕地1039亩，山地150亩。村中水果种植面积500多亩。[1]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

早先有雷、陈、何三姓在此落户，后三姓因地势低洼迁往他乡，只剩郑氏一族。郑氏自称「永安之家」，取长住久安之意，村名由此而来。[2]

1557年，郑氏取名永安村。[2]

1949年至1956年村中办过初级社、高级社；1958年至1983年为大队，1983年至1986年为乡政府，下设村经济合作社；1987年至1999年为管理区，1999年改为永安村委会。[2]

农业与设施[edit]

村中种植的作物有水稻、蕃薯、辣椒、冬瓜、萝卜等。据博雅地名网所载，村内辣椒种植面积280亩，青头萝卜250亩，乌腊蔗220亩，冬瓜240亩，荔枝400亩，辣椒成为镇内的辣椒种植专业村。[1]

村内有学校一所，教职工11人，在校学生275人。村道路畅通，溪鳌路、东埔路经村而过。2001年，村被评为惠来县文明单位。[1]

2019年9月，永安村上榜广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[2]
