历史沿革[edit]

南村先在1949年11月以行政村之名出现，1953年属十一区南村乡。1958年并入英雄公社，设南村管理区；1959年撤管理区，成立南村生产大队管委会，同年10月属海陵人民公社[1]。

荣誉[edit]

2023年11月，南村列入广东「百千万工程」首批典型县镇村名单[1]。
