豪郎村是雷州市纪家镇的行政村，位于镇西部沿海。据博雅地名网，明永乐初年（1402年），肖氏祖先肖衍宁带着次子肖琭从廉江篁竹大塘迁到此地，建立豪郎村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

豪郎乡设于1953年，起初隶遂溪县第六区，1956年3月起改归海康县纪家区。1957年并入恬神乡，1958年归纪家乡，1961年属纪家区曲港公社并设豪郎大队，1979年归纪家人民公社，1984年建乡，1987年2月设豪郎村委会，1989年称豪郎管理区，1999年定名豪郎村民委员会。^[2]

据百度百科，村辖豪郎、良坡、新村仔、海昌、红北5个自然村，总人口4320人，耕地2800亩，种水稻、花生、冬薯和甘蔗，近年发展海马养殖，产值600万元；村内有豪郎、新良两所小学。^[3]

2019年9月，豪郎村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。^[1]
