上寨村在梅州市大埔县光德镇，原名上石示村（博雅地名网用「上礤」），2021年5月改为今名。辖6个村民小组，有130户、677人，总面积3.44平方公里，耕地216亩。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自当地一块大石（石示），石上的一带便叫上石示。明、清两代分别归平原社、源高甲的樟溪村，民国属高陂区光德乡。1952年起先并入砂坪乡，人民公社化后（1958年10月）又归高陂公社砂坪大队；1961年1月单独成了光德公社的上石示大队，1987年改称镇属上石示村，1998年起称村民委员会，2021年5月改称上寨村。[1][2]

2019年9月，该村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

经济[edit]

上一年农村经济总收入1102万元。村里铺筑了高陂陶溪至本村的水泥路，新建了小学教学楼。[1]
