雷峰村在梅州市大埔县光德镇，辖10个村民小组，有560户、2592人，总面积7.13平方公里，耕地551亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村名先是雷公坪，嫌「雷公」不顺耳，改作雷封坪、简称雷封；后又觉得「封」字带封建色彩，村里山多，便写成雷峰。[1]
民国时属高陂区光德乡雷公坪。1952至1956年设雷峰乡，1958年10月成为高陂人民公社的雷峰大队；1961至1982年属光德人民公社；光德设区后的1983至1985年称雷峰乡；1986至1988年称雷峰村民委员会，1989至1998年称管理区，其后又称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1][2]
经济[edit]
上一年农村经济总收入5058万元。村里靠陶瓷和集体水电增收，并规划建设农村新区。[1]
