历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网记了两种说法：一说村内有乌金砂矿，俗称乌岭，「有金则富」，故称富岭；另一说，清初吴钩带国师路过，欲在定光寺一带择地建坟，村民不允，吴钩便要乌岭人一夜凑齐700两银子和一斗秕子，村民办到了，他惊讶地说此地不是乌岭而是富岭。[1]
明代为平原社乌岭村，清代为源高甲乌岭村，民国属高陂区富澄乡。1952年设高陂区富岭乡；1958年10月成为高陂公社的富岭大队，1961年1月起改归光德公社。1983年底设光德区，村为区辖富岭乡，1986年底区改为镇，成为镇属富岭村；1998年起设村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
上一年农村经济总收入9086万元。村里发展陶瓷和小水电，新建了中心小学教学楼。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
德昌堂是富岭赖氏的祖祠，建于明代，是大埔县文物保护单位。富岭柯树坷还清理出一座清嘉庆、道光年间的瓷窑，属大埔光德窑。[3][4]
