九应村在木格镇东北部，离木格圩5公里，面积15平方千米，耕地960多亩，分27个村民小组，共619户2390人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国十九年（1930年）为黄鹰乡（取黄姜坑、鹰岭二地名各一字），属三区；1951年取辖内九云、鹰岭二地名各一字，设九鹰乡，后改称九应。[1]1958年分为九云、鹰岭两个大队，1961年并为九应大队；1983年改乡，1987年改村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年起称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

经济与荣誉[edit]

村种植沙糖桔、尾叶桉。[1]九应村在2019年9月被列为2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位。[1]
