历史沿革[edit]

村名由来：村前溪水蜿蜒，共有九道弯，村民沿溪出入，可通到公庄河，因此叫作溪口。[1]

清代归博罗县苏州巡检司辖；民国时属第六区文化乡；新中国成立后编入三区獭子乡。1958年10月，公庄人民公社下设溪口大队；公庄区时期（1983年11月起）称溪口乡；1986年1月撤区建镇后，成为公庄镇溪口管理区；至1999年3月，改称溪口村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

  • 2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
  • 2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
