历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：村子原名「亚鹊薮」。据载，明代中期叶氏兄弟从公庄下埔村迁来定居，当地木棉树多，喜鹊常在树上筑巢，当地人把喜鹊叫作「鹊薮」，村名即取自常见的鹊巢。[1]
清代归博罗县苏州巡检司辖；民国时属第六区文化乡；新中国成立后编入三区獭子乡。1958年10月，公庄人民公社下设鹊楼大队；公庄区时期（1983年11月起）称鹊楼乡；1986年1月撤区建镇后，成为公庄镇鹊楼管理区；至1999年3月，改称鹊楼村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
