历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：据当地所传，先民在此种植蓝草，用作染料，加上地势平缓如草坪，村名由此而来。[1]
清代归博罗县苏州巡检司辖；民国时属第六区文化乡；新中国成立后编入三区獭子乡。1958年10月，公庄人民公社下设蓝坪大队；公庄区时期（1983年11月起）称蓝坪乡；1986年1月撤区建镇后，成为公庄镇蓝坪管理区；至1999年3月，改称蓝坪村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
- 2019年9月，列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
