历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：明代中期，赖氏兄弟从五华县迁来定居。此处水源充足，是大坑口水源最上游的一道陂，当地人称为大陂。[1]
清代归博罗县苏州巡检司辖；民国时属第六区文化乡；新中国成立后编入三区獭子乡。1958年10月，公庄人民公社下设大陂大队；公庄区时期（1983年11月起）称大陂乡；1986年1月撤区建镇后，成为公庄镇大陂管理区；至1999年3月，改称大陂村民委员会。[1]
