历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：祖籍山东的曾乔源带着达、道、奎、灵四个儿子从兴宁迁到这里，繁衍成四家，故称四家曾。[1]
清代归博罗县苏州巡检司辖；民国时属第六区文化乡；新中国成立后编入三区獭子乡。1958年10月，公庄人民公社下设四家曾大队；公庄区时期（1983年11月起）称四家曾乡；1986年1月撤区建镇后，成为公庄镇四家曾管理区；至1999年3月，改称四家曾村民委员会。[1]
