历史沿革[edit]

据说从前这里有五个自然村，分布呈星状，所以叫五星。[1]

解放初期，云利、五星、沙水三地合称云利大乡，后分出黄石降大队，「文革」期间改名五星大队，1998年成立村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

耕地622亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。[1]

2017年10月，五星村获广东省爱国卫生运动委员会授予的首批「广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
