沙水村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇东北部，距高良圩镇约20公里，辖区面积约12平方公里，辖6个自然村、8个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数133，人口519多，耕地面积308亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
沙水村民委员会1998年经德庆县人民政府批准设立，因驻地在沙水村而得名。[1]
沙水在解放初叫乡，1962年公社化后设大队，1989年起称管理区，1998年成立村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地308亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。集体经济薄弱，村委会日常经费靠政府每月拨的150元办公费。[1]
2019年9月，沙水村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
