中雄村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇西南部，距高良圩镇约7公里，辖区面积约8平方公里，辖5个自然村、5个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数242，人口957多，耕地面积756亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
该网记载，驻地原叫中央村，大队初名中央大队；「文革」期间为避「党中央」之讳，改名中雄大队，「中雄」之名沿用至今。[1]
中雄在1963年设中央大队，1968年改称中雄大队，1977年建乡，1998年成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地756亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。村集体有林场200亩，每年租金9000元，另有补偿费5000元，来自林地资源。[1]
