永福村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇北部，距高良圩镇约25公里，辖区面积约12平方公里，辖9个自然村、9个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数288，人口1227多，耕地面积481亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年公社化时设大队，取「永远幸福」的愿望，定名永福。[1]
永福在1956年之前并入大同乡；1957年分出，办初级社；1961年4月设大队，1983年9月建乡，1989年4月起称管理区办事处，1999年1月成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地481亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。村集体有400亩山场和一批板房出租，各约年收一万多元。[1]
2019年9月，永福村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
