江南村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇北部，距高良圩镇约13公里，辖区面积约15平方公里，辖16个自然村、15个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数419，人口2281多，耕地面积1167亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年这里有光明社和南方社，设大队时各取一字，定名「光南」；「光」与「江」同音，渐渐写成了江南。[1]
江南在1949年隶属第二区金林乡，1961年4月设大队，1989年起称管理区，1999年成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地1167亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。村内有大头竹根、平田、光面三座小水电站，另有一家木材加工场出租。[1]
江南村的单枞茶入选2020年8月公布的首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村。[1]
