石头村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇西南部，距高良圩镇约7公里，辖区面积约9平方公里，辖4个自然村、12个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数330，人口1348多，耕地面积700亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
石头村委会于1999年由德庆县政府批准设立，名称取自驻地石头村。[1]
石头在1949年隶属第二区金林乡；1958年设大队，1981年建乡，1989年起称管理区，1999年成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地700亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。村集体有山林380亩和一块场地，场地出租每年收地租2500元。[1]
2019年9月，石头村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
