新江村是德庆县高良镇下辖的行政村，村民委员会设在镇西南部，距高良圩镇约4公里，辖区面积约9平方公里，辖13个自然村、13个村民小组。据博雅地名网所载，户数496，人口2003多，耕地面积1515亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新江村委会于1998年由德庆县政府批准设立，名称取自驻地新江村。[1]
解放初至公社化之前，这里办有新江金星社；公社化后，先后设立大队、乡和管理区，1998年成立村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地1515亩，以水稻为主，兼种沙糖桔、皇妃贡桔和巴戟。村集体出租20亩林场、房屋和山场，每年约有1.8万元收入。[1]
新江村的巴戟入选2021年9月公布的第二批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村；2019年9月，又进入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
