长岗镇是广东省肇庆市封开县最南端的乡镇，被称为县的南大门，距县城17公里。西面隔西江与郁南县和平凤镇相望，东邻杏花镇，东南接德庆县，北与罗董镇毗邻，西江航道和321国道从境内通过。全镇面积152.64平方千米，地形为丘陵山区，辖1个社区和13个行政村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

建国前，这一带叫忠义乡。其后设长岗公社（1958年）、改为区（1983年），1986年建镇。[1]镇名与圩镇有关：清咸丰二年（1852年）在一道长条形的山岗上建起圩市，称长岗圩。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

镇政府驻地圩镇面积0.25平方千米。博雅地名网引述的资料称，全镇耕地约1.95万亩，水田占1.71万亩。[2]

人口民族[edit]

据博雅地名网转引的资料，全镇总人口22143人，为汉族，共有119个姓氏，以陈、莫、卢、李、宾、彭姓居多。[2]按第七次全国人口普查结果（2021年6月公布），长岗镇人口约1.7万人，在封开县各街道乡镇中居第8位。[1]

经济[edit]

传统农业以水稻、甘蔗、蚕桑为主，后来以杏花鸡养殖和沙糖桔、油栗种植为特色。[2]油栗主产于封开县的长岗、罗董、杏花三镇，已有约500年栽培历史；2013年，封开油栗获国家质检总局批准列为地理标志保护产品。[3]2020年8月，长岗镇以油栗入选省农业农村厅第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单。[1]

2008年，全镇社会总产值为2.814亿元（增长13%），分项为工业1.188亿元、农业1.402亿元，农民人均纯收入5087元。[2]县里的工业规划把长岗镇定为产业转移园区，联合村、旺村、都苗村先后迎来百得打火机厂、威华高密度纤维板厂和华润水泥项目。[2]

2025年5月，入选「广东省百千万工程第二批专业镇」；同年9月在全国千强镇榜单排第999名；2026年3月被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]2021年1月，获「2020年度广东省卫生城镇」称号。[1]

行政区划[edit]

镇域共1个社区、13个村：马欧村、谷圩村、周黎村、旺村、光升村、联合村、榄迳村、都苗村、福石村、前庄村、前程村、新丰村、小圩村，另有长岗社区，镇政府即设于此。[2][4]其中联合村与长岗社区相接，博雅地名网归为镇乡结合区。[1]
