小江村是洽水镇（属怀集县，肇庆市）的一个行政村，在洽水镇东北部，与阳山县相邻，面积约18平方千米，下设12个村民小组，村情材料记总人口1600多人。到怀集县城55公里，到洽水圩15公里^[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自原来的「小池」「长江」两村合并，各取一字。^[1]

该村1958年编为生产大队，1983年11月改设乡，1987年又改为村委会，1989年4月起设管理区，1998年11月改称村民委员会^[1]。

村处丘陵山岗地带，利用落差用管道引水建水电站，引进木业公司种速生桉，并开发矿产，增加集体收入。农业以造林为主，种水稻、花生，养猪。^[1]
