长岗村是广州市花都区花城街道下辖的行政村，原属狮岭镇，位于狮岭镇东南部，面积3.2平方千米，村委会设在长岗圩，村名即由此而来。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代归番禺县的狮岭巡检司管；清初设花县后，狮岭巡检司随之划归花县；咸丰四年（1854年）划归狮峰约（一年后改称狮峰局）。^[1] 民国年间先后属六区、二区、狮龙区、狮岭乡等；1950年改属四区的长岗乡。^[1]

村域分14个经济社，共860户，户籍人口2830人（博雅地名网，未注明年份），姓氏共八个，即卢、何、刘、黄、曾、谭、冯、杨。^[1]

以农业为主，耕地2271亩，另有石灰厂、花卉和蔬菜玉米种植场及300多亩鱼塘；外来落户企业17间。^[1] 2021年、2022年长岗村入选「淘宝村」名单，2021年12月获广东省卫生村称号。^[1]
