奇榜村为江门市新会区会城街道所辖的行政村，在街道中心地带，南接会城城区，北连蓬江区白沙街道，东望江海区礼乐街道，是三个区的交界村。[1]
据百度百科，全村约320户、1710人，另有外来人口5000多人，辖区内有大小企业50间；新会区人民政府2024年的报道称，村里常住人口4000多人，该村是广东省「百千万工程」首批典型村之一。[1][2]
经济[edit]
奇榜村原是经济相对落后的城郊村。1999年起，村里着力发展集体经济，集体年收入从不足100万元增至2023年的6000万元，村民人均分红从250元增至接近2.9万元。村里盘活资产和土地，招商引企，并探索让村民入股集体项目；正在谋划共富广场、奇榜创意小镇、郊野公园和冈州车城等项目。[2]
社会治理[edit]
自「搬村」以来，村里没有聘请专职保洁员，也不设公共果皮箱，环境卫生靠村民自己做好「门前三包」和垃圾分类；村里用乡村治理积分制激励村民参与。村里还计划建村史馆、编村史册。[2] 百度百科称，村里建有农民别墅新村，对达到年龄的村民按月发放退休金。[1]
