渡头村是汕头市潮阳区贵屿镇东南部的行政村，位于练江中游北岸，北面与铜盂镇潮港村接壤，2004年由华东、渡头两个村委会合并而成。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村面积1.99平方千米，耕地1286.4亩，共1330户、6908人（年份未注明）。2013年工农业总产值66633万元，工业部分为65188万元，农业部分为1145万元，规模以上企业11家，农民人均的纯收入为7329元。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来很直接：它在练江北岸，过去靠划船摆渡。明永乐年间（1403至1424年），先人来此立村，称渡头；1958年编为生产大队，此后依次改为乡（1984年）、村委会、管理区（1988年），1999年重又称村委会。2004年，华东、渡头两村委会合并，新的村委会设在原渡头村。[1]

渡头村入选2022年淘宝村名单，2017年10月入选第一批广东省卫生村。[1]
