历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网说，村名中的“仙”，是赞村境如仙境，“彭”是创村的姓氏。元延祐三年（1316年），彭氏先人从江西迁来，建“仙村彭村”；1949年简称仙彭村并划入贵屿辖区，1958年编为生产大队，此后依次改为乡（1984年）、村委会、管理区（1988年），1999年改为居委会。[1]
2021年12月，仙彭社区获评“2021年广东省卫生村”。[1]
