历史沿革[edit]
南宋嘉定十六年（1223年），先人来此开村，最初叫“后港村”，村民开河造田，耕作勤苦；此后因村形似凤、又有练江支流而得今名。1958年编为生产大队，此后依次改为乡（1984年）、村委会、管理区（1988年），1999年重又称村委会。[1]
2021年12月，凤港村获评“2021年广东省卫生村”。[1]
