福安村是珠海市斗门区莲洲镇下辖的行政村，始建于清康熙二十七年（1688年）。[1]村党总支2026年被评为全国先进基层党组织，镇里称它是珠海市唯一获此荣誉的基层党组织。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村原名泗溢冲，1965年斗门县建立后，取“幸福安康”之意改名福安。[1]解放初期它叫七村，1954年办初级社时曾名三社。[1]1965年起称福安大队，属上横公社；1984年改福安乡，1986年改福安村委会；2003年归莲洲镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年11月，福安村进入广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村。[1]2025年3月，被命名为第七届全国文明村镇。[1]镇政府的报告称，它是莲洲镇的第三个“全国文明村”。[3]

宅基地改革与产业[edit]

福安村是全国农村宅基地制度改革试点。据莲洲镇的通报，村里用7.17亩存量土地建起3栋11层的“福安·幸福里”村民公寓，可安置60户，土地利用率比原先提高到3倍；并联合金融机构推出“美丽农居贷”，超过七成参建村民靠它解决了资金问题。[2]

村里还推广“茜草—罗氏沼虾”渔草共生养殖，据称亩产增加50%，尾水达标排放。[2]
