地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，建村时村里设有更楼，由专人昼夜打更巡逻防盗，村子因此叫“更馆村”；“更”与“耕”读音相同，日久写成了“耕管”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明洪武十四年（1381年），这一带属潮居都；民国时期隶新会县睦州区；1949年后隶新会县上横乡，1958年隶新会县上横公社。[1]1985年归斗门县上横镇。[1]
2019年9月，耕管村在广东省2018年“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位名单中。[1]
