历史沿革[edit]

建国后先设红星乡，1958年改作红星大队，1984年恢复为乡，后经管理区阶段，1998年起是村委会，名称始终没变。[1]

经济[edit]

据韶关发布2025年的报道，红星村、高莲村等地引进了共富车间和金砂茶种植项目，带动约600人在家门口就业。[2]2026年3月，红星村被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」。[1]

据仁化县人民政府网站对董塘镇的介绍，红星村是第三批「百千万工程」典型村，村里的共富车间已投产，带动约400人就业，其中脱贫户15人。[3]
