高平村是广州市从化区鳌头镇下辖的行政村，村委会设在镇域西部。[1] 全村面积约22.5平方公里，村民小组共27个，村委会介绍的总人口为4452人（该介绍未注明年份）。村距从化城区约30公里，距鳌头镇中心镇区约10公里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，1958年建立高平大队，到1983年12月改设为高平乡，到1987年1月改名高平村民委员会，此名沿用到现在。[1]

荣誉与名单

  • 2023年5月，高平村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号（广东省爱卫会）。[1]
  • 2023年8月，高平村获评「2022年度“广州市美丽乡村”」称号。[1]
  • 2026年1月，高平村获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」称号。[1]
  • 2026年1月，高平村被认定为「2025年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]

经济[edit]

村里的农业格局为：水田种水稻、花生，鱼塘里养四大家鱼、塘基上养瘦肉型猪。[1] 村集体经济方面，村集体增收靠引进的亿美玲项目。[1]

高平村是鳌头万亩良田示范项目涉及的8个行政村之一。该项目属全域土地综合整治试点示范，规划核心范围1.3万亩，沿潖江（二）河流域展开，已推进约6600亩农田的集中连片整治和河道防洪排涝整治。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

从化区人民政府于2015年发布的文化遗产普查推荐名单（历史建筑与传统风貌建筑线索）中，列有本村的礼堂、上麻村大礼堂、下麻村学堂，共3处。名单所列只是普查线索，不等于已定级的文物。[3]
